Yangtze River Cruise. Why Not?

I've always wanted to go to China. I wanna see The Forbidden City and the Great Wall. I have this long standing invitation to visit the country from a Chinese friend residing in Beijing.
The Yangtze river is also one of China's main tourist attraction. The Yangtze River, or Chang Jiang (which literally means The Long River) is the longest river in China and Asia, and the third-longest in the world. It practically divides North and South China.
Going on a cruise is I suppose truly relaxing while you soak in the sun, the wind and the awesome scenery. It's a great activity whether you go at it alone, with your family or your friends. Either way, it's still a lot of fun. It doesn't have to be expensive as most cruise ships offer discounts whole year round.
I may have to take my friend's offer sometime soon and maybe go on a Yangtze River cruise too. We'll see…
