USA Today had a nice resource recently for those of us who like winter but can't ski.

The piece provides a list of good destination for where you can ski and your non-skier friends and family can still have fun. The resorts mentioned on the list include attractions like hot springs, art centers, and an active cullinary scene.

The list includes resorts in three European countries, Canada, New England, and the US Rockies.
