Tasmania: It's Summer Down Under...

If you're tired of the cold already and you'd like it to be summer again, you can have that pretty much all over the Southern Hemisphere. But I'd particularly recommend Australia. And one of many seldom noticed gems Australia is Tasmania.
Larry Rivera has an excellent piece on how to spend your time in Tasmania's beautiful capital city, Hobart. There is some history to see in the capital and a number of day trips you can take from Hobart. The city has Australia's oldest Brewery, a large Cadbury chocolate factory, a casino and some good golfing. And that's just for starters...
