Michelle Locke had a good review earlier this month on the many "things to do" in San Diego that your kids are likely to enjoy.
San Diego is an excellent winter destination. It's a warm, family friendly city with an excellent beach. Locke has a lot of insight into the city. She's taken her own two daughters there six years in a row now.
Our motto: See seaworld, and see a lot of it. But we also include the San Diego Zoo and the beach on our visits, a perfect combination for a family vacation with kids of any age, from toddler to teen.
