Nothing can quite match the excitement of a film festival. While Cannes and Sundance capture the attention of the Western media, there are plenty of other festivals around the world that offer viewers a chance to see films they otherwise would not have. Osian Cinefan is one of many such events. It will be held in New Delhi, beginning on the 20th of July and running for nine days. The festival is described as :

Even if you are not familiar with the films being shown, visiting a film festival in a foreign country can be wonderful experience. Though certain Bollywood musicals might grate on the nerves of the the most hard-core film lover, some of the movies at Osian's are sure to offer a fresh perspective some of the least known places on earth.
