Cambodia's finest travel related web site is Khmer440. The site literally bursts at the seams with useful and entertaining information for those considering traveling of living in Cambodia. The site also has pretty comprehensive coverage of bars, guesthouses, restaurants, and sights in Phnom Penh and Sihanoukville, as well as information on Cambodia's other sites (Battambang, Kep, and, of course, Angkor Wat).
What makes this site unique, in my eyes at least, is that all the info comes from firsthand accounts. Contributors are mostly expats who have quite a bit of experience in Cambodia. At least, they write like they do.
Khmer 440 makes Cambodia seem more accessible to travelers.
