Eating on the Cheap in London
Filed in archive on March 2, 2007
When I'm in London, I always head over to Soho for chinese food. A slew of very good, small Chinese restaurants can be found. If you're looking for a place to have lunch, which won't cost you an arm and a leg, try a favorite of mine, Crispy Duck at 7 Gerrard St. Take the tube to Leicester Square, come out at Lisle St, and walk a block over to Gerrard. It's very close to Covent Garden. Lunch for two will cost approximately $40.00 USD (very cheap for London).
For a Chinese dinner with a sleek, contemporary decor, try Ping Pong in Soho.
