After a long night of gambling or partying, you may be ready to hit the breakfast buffet hard. But which one to hit? After all, it seems like every hotel and casino, in addition to a huge variety of slots and blackjack playing options, offers a buffet and the quality can vary widely. Here are some breakfast buffet possibilities for the early (or extremely late) Las Vegas riser.

Boulder Station Breakfast Buffet

If you're willing to make the trip to Boulder Station, you'll be rewarded with plenty of tasty food fast at an extremely digestible price. The breakfast buffet is a wallet-friendly $4.99 for which you can load up on all the bacon, eggs and other breakfast favorites that you want. The breakfast buffet is open from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. On the weekends, enjoy the $8.99 brunch buffet from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Sunset Station Breakfast Buffet

Another out of the way buffet that you may really appreciate is Sunset Station's "Feast Gourmet Buffet." For only $7.99 you can enjoy all you can eat from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. This buffet has had a major upgrade so it is worth checking out.

Bally's

While not cheap, the Sterling Brunch buffet at Bally's Steakhouse is not to be missed. The Sterling Brunch is a buffet in the form of a high quality dining experience, which includes as many portions as you can enjoy of fine foods like caviar, lobster and sushi, along with champagne and all the amenities of a fine brunch.

If you're going to be in Las Vegas for awhile, there's no harm in doing a little experimenting. Most of the breakfast buffets are reasonably priced and tastes can vary from person to person. What is a last resort breakfast option to some may be an oasis of great early morning eating to another. Consider the options above, but also realize that there are a lot of possibilities out there for the Las Vegas breakfast diner. Remember, Las Vegas is all about the spirit of adventure, so take a few chances and find the Las Vegas breakfast buffet that is just right for you.
