Paguriran Island located in Bacon, Sorsogon here in the Philippines. It's a more-than-an-hour ride from my place. Quite remote and undeveloped, if you are into that kind of thing.

I suggest checking-in at Sorsogon City where there are cheap hotels abound and just hire a jeepney or even a tricycle to get there.
How do you go to Sorsogon? There are daily flights from Manila to Legazpi City (the nearest) airport. And from there is a one-hour commute to Sorsogon City.
If you are more adventurous, you can take the bus from Manila (the Philippine capital). But i am warning you already that it is a 12-hour or so bus ride.
I wrote about this in my personal blog. Also, you can check out my Flickr Set for more photos.

How much would it cost to hire a tricycle if we want to go to Paguriran and how long is the trip from Sorsogon City proper?
